There is one more thing highly sensitive people can do to stay healthy and happy. That is to Prepare your Sacred Chalice. This is your third line of defense. It's also your means out of a need for defense! In other words, when you have developed this skill sufficiently, you will no longer even be affected by negative energy fields. Far from it! You will instead automatically transform any negativity around you, and lift it up to a higher vibration. Preparing Yourself For Higher VibrationsHighly sensitive people are natural conduits for the Divine. This is a blessing, but it has its demands. One of the demands is that Divine Energy may come to you, ready or not. If you're not ready for it, it can have very serious consequences.
